Shipping Policy

Online Salon Supply has partnered with UPS, Fedex, DHL, and US Postal Service. Postal Service to provide several fast and affordable shipping options.

Free Shipping / 3-5 Business Days Shipping — Low cost-effective delivery for packages typically 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S. for delivery. Standard Shipping is available to all U.S. addresses, including P.O. Boxes. This carrier picks up your Online Salon Supply  package from our fulfillment facility and passes the package on to the U.S. Post Office (USPS) for final mail delivery.

Expedited Shipping / 2-3 Business Days Shipping — Orders delivered to a P.O. Box, APO/FPO address, or U.S. territory will be shipped First Class or Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service. Delivery to a P.O. Box within the continental U.S. will take approximately one week, and delivery to APO/FPO, U.S.

Territories, or a P.O. Box outside the continental U.S. will take approximately 1-3 weeks, depending on location. If you need faster shipping, please consider delivery to an alternate location in the continental U.S.

Express Shipping / 1-2 Business Days Shipping  — Fast delivery and complete trackability of your order from the time it leaves the Online Salon Supply warehouse until it arrives at your front door. 3-Day shipping is not available to Alaska and Hawaii.

Saturday and Sunday are not shipping days.

Note: Orders with a weight of over 15 pound or that require multiple package shipments, may be subject to shipping charges that are higher than our standard rates. Orders meeting these provisions, will be held, and you will be contacted for approval on additional shipping charges before releasing your order for shipment.

Return Policy

ELIGIBILITY WINDOW

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our facility within 30 days of your original order delivery date.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Returns without a return authorization number (RA #) that has been issued by OnlineSalonSupply.com
  • Returns received in damaged or used condition
  • Returns received with damaged or incomplete original packaging
  • For sanitary health concerns, needles and liquid products are non-returnable.
  • Items marked as final sale or not returnable on product page
  • Free gifts or promotional items

 ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICIES

  • Item(s) being returned must be like new in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, etc.
  • Items may incur a 15% restocking fee. Typically products returned in a new and sealed condition will have the re-stocking fee waived.
  • If an item had free shipping, the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Shipping expenses to send a return back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. OnlineSalonSupply.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. 
  • If an item received in "damaged or defective", you must obtain a RETURN NUMBER (RMA #) within 30 days & the item must be returned to us within 15 days after a RMA # has been issued. No EXCHANGE OR REFUNDS will be provided after 30 days from the original date of delivery of the item.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Step 1
Make sure your return adheres to our return policy above.

Step 2
You may request an RA # by emailing us at info@onlinesalonsupply.com. Please be sure to read the below steps and our return policy above before sending your RA # request.

Step 3
Once you have an RA #, place all merchandise in a shipping box, you may use the original shipping container. Please do not use the manufacturer's box as shipping container or it's very likely that it will arrive damaged. Your RA # should be written on the outside of the box. Be sure to insure your package for the appropriate value and send with a method that can be tracked and retain your tracking information. OnlineSalonSupply.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Ship the item(s) being returned back to us pre-paid.

Step 4
Once the return arrives back to us, we'll process the refund and contact you if any additional information is needed. Refunds and exchanges are normally processed within 72 hours of arriving to us. Credit back to your card may take up to 5-7 working days to post back on your statement.
